Oaxacan Food

This article attached came to my attention by way of a facebook page I subscribe to. Adrian and I have been to Oaxaca twice and we have eaten in Oscars restaurant once!

We have tried a few of the foods mentioned in the article, specifically a few of the Mole sauces and the Oaxacan soup.

Every time I see a Chevy on the road I think you both of you (and wonder how two tall people are making out with its limited size).       I've also enjoyed your blog, especially now that we are back home and cold!

      I've enjoyed blogging, helps to remember everything we did without getting a pen out :) We will consider Casa Meade for future trips, unless it is booked with the owner! Enjoy the rest of your trip, have some El Pastor before you come back to Calgary, we missed it this trip :(
